Planned around how the space is used
Offices, shops and small restaurants load a system differently from a house: more people, equipment and lighting, and rooms used at set hours. Zoning lets separate rooms or suites run on their own settings, and ventilation has to bring in enough fresh air for the people using the space.
Scheduling the work
We work Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Tell us your business hours when you call so installation and service visits can be planned around them.

What kind of commercial work do you take on?
Mainly offices, shops and restaurants. Tell us the size of the space and the equipment you have now, and we will tell you up front whether it is a job we can take on.
Can you add ventilation to an office?
Yes. A heat recovery ventilator (HRV) brings in fresh air and exhausts stale air while recovering much of the heat. Depending on the layout it can share existing ductwork or run on its own.
Do you install ductwork?
Yes. We install main trunks and branch runs, including rigid metal duct, for new layouts and remodels.
